These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of original artworks, artist multiples, limited edition prints, screen prints, and products available on the official website of CAINO (www.iosonocaino.com). By placing an order on this website, the buyer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All artworks, photographs, screen prints, artist multiples, images, and texts on this website are the exclusive property of the artist CAINO and are protected under international copyright laws.
- Purchase of physical artwork: The purchase of a physical print, multiple, or original artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical object only.
- Reproduction rights: Purchase does not transfer any rights for reproduction, digitization, publication, or commercial exploitation of the artwork. All image rights remain strictly with CAINO. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
3. Limited Editions & Handcrafted Quality
Limited edition screen prints and artist multiples are numbered and signed in pencil by the artist.
As these artworks are hand-printed (in collaboration with Poco Serigrafici printmaking workshop – www.pocoseri.com), subtle variations in color tone, alignment, or paper texture are not defects, but distinctive features confirming the authentic, handcrafted nature of each print.
4. Framing & Protective Glass Options
Where specified, artworks are delivered framed using museum-grade protective options:
- Artist Multiples: Framed with museum glass featuring high UV protection and anti-reflective coating, ensuring long-term conservation and maximum color fidelity.
- Prints & Screen Prints: Framed with high-quality anti-reflective acrylic glass, offering anti-glare visual clarity alongside impact resistance for safe international transit.
5. Pricing, Payment & Shipping
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
- Artworks are packaged using protective, rigid materials to ensure safe transit.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees for non-EU shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Returns & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, buyers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The artwork must be returned unused, undamaged, in its original protective packaging, including the frame, original glass (museum glass or acrylic glass), and Certificate of Authenticity (if provided).
- Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law.
